Flavour

Sour Apple is tart and crisp, an apple flavour with a sharp sour edge that wakes up the palate. Juicy Peach is its opposite: ripe, mellow and gently sweet, with very little sharpness at all. The contrast works well in practice. When the sourness starts to feel like too much, switching to the peach calms things down, and when the peach begins to feel soft, the apple brings the bite back.
