Strip away the marketing and the device is a straightforward proposition: a rechargeable 850mAh battery unit with a USB-C port, a mesh-coil pod holding 2ml of nicotine salt e-liquid, and two sealed 10ml refill containers built into the same cartridge assembly. That is 22ml of liquid in total, rated by the manufacturer at approximately 25,000 puffs.

What separates it from every other big-capacity pod on the market is the rotating mouthpiece. The 22ml is not one pool of liquid. How the rotating dual-flavour mouthpiece works

The mechanism is mechanical rather than electronic, which is why it is reliable. The top section of the pod houses the mouthpiece and a rotating collar. Inside that collar are two feed channels, each one connected to a different 10ml reserve. Turning the collar aligns one channel with the pathway that leads down into the 2ml pod chamber and the mesh coil, and simultaneously closes the other channel off.

Why the two flavours do not blend

Picking a first flavour

If you have no idea where to start, the safest dual pairings are the ones where both sides sit in the same family — Strawberry Ice / Strawberry Raspberry Ice, or Blueberry Raspberry / Blueberry Raspberry Cherry. You will like both halves even if you do not particularly like switching. The riskier but more interesting choices are the wide-contrast pairings such as Blue Razz GB / Lemon Lime or Sour Apple / Juicy Peach, where you are effectively buying two unrelated vapes. Nicotine strength across the range

Setting up a new kit, step by step

No vapour, or the device will not fire

In order of likelihood: the battery is flat, so charge it; the pod is not fully seated, so remove and refit it; the contacts are wet or dirty, so wipe both the base of the pod and the top of the battery with a dry tissue; or you are covering the air intake with a finger. If none of those resolve it, get in touch.

Burnt or harsh taste

Usually one of three things. You are chain-vaping faster than the wick can re-saturate, so slow down and leave twenty seconds between puffs. Or the pod is genuinely finished and both reserves are empty. Or you have just switched flavours and are in the transition window, which resolves after a few puffs. A burnt taste that appears suddenly on a pod with liquid still visible, and does not clear after a rest, indicates a failed coil — contact us.

Liquid in the mouthpiece or spitback

The chamber is over-filled, almost always because the device has been on its side, been shaken, or been through a big temperature or pressure change. Stand it upright, take the pod off, tap the mouthpiece gently onto a tissue to clear the airway, refit, and leave it for a few minutes.

The collar feels stiff or will not turn

Do not force it with pliers or anything similar. Take the pod out of the device so you have a firm grip on the whole pod body, and turn steadily. Some stiffness is by design, to stop the collar moving in a pocket.

Flavour has faded

Mesh coils hold flavour well but not indefinitely. On a 22ml pod, some fade towards the end is expected.
